Sarcomatoid Mesothelioma
Mesothelioma is a cancer that attacks the lubricative layer lining the inside of the chest and abdomen and the internal organs. Pathologists categorize mesothelioma cancer cases according to levels of criteria, which are as follows:
In this type of cancer, cells are transformed spindle-shaped curve, which intersect with each other and support comes from the body tissues such as cartilage, bone, fat and muscle. At later stages, it spreads to other parts of the body from these areas, such as abdominal lymph nodes, lungs or chest wall. Cancer in these areas is very painful and difficult to treat and, therefore, patients with this disease are unlikely to live as long as six months after diagnosis. Read more at the blog post below…
